All 4 recalls have been done. The only warranty work done was a throttle body at 26,213 miles back in 2002.

The only real problem these trucks had that I really remember was the rear rotors warped fairly fast and got pitted but other then that I thought they were a pretty good truck.

front hub bearing assemblies almost always fail (of course they'll roar for a while before they fall apart) and the fuel pumps and water pumps go out at about 140k. other than that, they're solid

Yes, but try to avoid an aftermarket hood. They are poorly made and are too flexible, so you cannot get decent gaps without the use of a ratchet strap and a welder. Unless they have improved in the last year or two.
