can not get to start

have replaced idle air control, ignition control modgule,cap, wires button,coil,mass air and running out of paitince.

Have you check fuel pressure? If so how much do you have? Spark?

Dose it try to start or just do nothing. If it's an 89 like your name implies. It might be the VATS(Vehicle Anti Theft System). My old 89 would start when it felt like because the VATS was messed up.
